Yep, Patches' grandson can turn into an IF. If you see him in CAS, he is listed as an IF. I still wish he had Patches' eyes or hair color, but this works, too.

I did have Patches go to a Spooky Day costume party as an IF one time, LOL. Built in costume!

I tried the suggestion of loading France by deleting the old France files, and it did work. However, wish slots were empty but acted like they were filled, and the friends list was blank for everybody. That made me nervous, so I left that game and copied the France files back into the game. Patches and Tempest may just not get another trip to France in their lifetime.

I have noticed other glitches with this game. Child Cameron is a bit glitched now and then. In the Hidden Springs Moore game when I had a character glitch out, he or she eventually got over it somehow. I just played on through it, so I'll do it here.

The Passing of Tempest Moore

Grimm seems to be avoiding the Moore household. Tempest Moore was sitting in the rocking chair at full age bar when she passed away quietly. She, like Patches before her, hung out as a ghost and Grimm never did show up.



This time though I used the cheat to age her up, and finally her gravestone appeared. She is the first person of this generation to pass away and she cheated Death once by having a Death Flower in her inventory.



Patches is understandably heartbroken.



Richard Moore's ghost came to visit. He chatted with Patches for a while and then proceeded to haunt the house.



So the family created their own private cemetery. The town cemetery is ugly and far away from the house. The Moore Cemetery is nestled behind the house in the hills. Here Patches laid his wife's gravestone.



Richard and Tess Moore (and the cats) are on the opposite side of the mausoleum.  There is a lot of room for all the family members of this legacy.

Household Matters

Cameron is a child, and Patrick is a single father with no romantic prospects at the moment. He is busy taking care of his son.



Patrick just aged up to adult (on the night of a full moon) and began a midlife-crisis.

Something odd is going on with Bonehilda. First of all, she's walking like she is an elder. Sort of stooped over. She still is the first on the scene to make a bed or clean the kitchen, however.



The family noticed a lot of burned Goopy Carbonara in the fridge. Bonehilda will clean up no matter how bad the food happens to be.



But it turns out it was Bonehilda's cooking! She is teaching herself to cook. Finally her work paid off and it's no longer horrible quality.



The fridge is stuffed full of food now. She made two meal servings in a row (both Goopy Carbonara, must be her favorite). Good thing she cleans the fridge when the food spoils.

Tahlia, Patrick's younger sister, is level 5 in her music career and doing well. Still no romantic interests, however. But she has a task to go to Egypt. Maybe she'll have better luck out there like her cousin Renee?

Life goes on.

I am fascinated by Bonehilda's cooking. It has not happened in any of my other games, and I always have a Bonehilda.

Here she made Gremola Grapes Bran Pancakes. Very Nice Quality. Her skills improve.



Cameron's childhood is passing by without incident. He loves to be read to sleep by either Patches or his dad.



Patrick is working diligently on his inventing career. He needs more large machinery. He also has a wish to make a time machine. I wonder what kind of chaos one of those can cause.



Grimmy DOES appear in the game. Here he is taking a random Sim on Spooky Day. He just doesn't appear at the Moore household.



Spooky Day comes along and it's Cameron's teen birthday! The household decides to hold a costume party for him, and as always, it was well attended and epic.



Watching the costumes was fun.



Here Cameron is in his teen glory. He aged up with the pony tail and I let him keep it. Startlingly he aged with black and purple hair. I was so used to seeing him blonde, that I changed it back. I was not expecting IF hair as a teen. I wish he'd had it as a toddler and child so I would have gotten used to seeing it.



He added the trait "Irresistible". That's a new one.. added to adventurous, friendly, loves outdoors. I think I'm going for the Adventurer lifetime reward with him.

Patches is 97 days old and almost full age bar (103 average). I am going to miss him terribly. If Grimm comes to take him, that is.

A Normal Day Turns Strange

So it started out as a normal day...

Cameron went to school his first day as a teen.



Tahlia plays on their invisible keyboard while Patrick plays chess. Oh and Patrick invented the Time Machine! Finally! Now to travel a bit...



When all of a sudden the camera pans to the basement. What's this?

Bonehilda!



Ghost!



Bonehilda feels she had a productive life, so she shakes Grimm's hand and moves on to the afterlife. Her tomb is a little stone box. So Grimm DOES show up in this household!



He then went upstairs to visit Patches. I was so nervous...



And proceeded to have a PILLOW FIGHT!



If I get the opportunity to raise the dead, I'm taking Bonehilda's tombstone to the Science Lab... HOW did I let the Moonlit Falls game gather dust? This family is SO STRANGE!

I have been thinking about Bonehilda. 
When you bought the new coffin does it still have the Call or Dismiss interactions?
I am wondering if you Reset the Coffin if that would summon a new Bonehilda.
I accidentally discovered EA now has a built in Reset command that only resets objects and not just the Sim.
:GrnPlmBob: Turn on TCE TestingCheatsEnabled True and go into Build/Buy Mode.
:GrnPlmBob: Hold the Shift key while selecting the object ... in this case the Bonehilda Coffin.
:GrnPlmBob: There should be another menu with the option to Reset.
:GrnPlmBob: Go back to live mode and either Dismiss or Call Bonehilda and see if she pops out of her coffin.

Time Passages

With 40,000 rewards points, Patrick buys a new friend. Meet Herman (Munster) Moore. He came with that name, I swear!



After inventing for what seemed like ages, Patrick finally invented the time machine!



He's taken several trips to past and future, as has Tahlia, but nothing crazy has happened. They haven't even come back with a weird outfit.



Gift Giving Day arrived and the Moores threw an epic party. Patches received no less than TEN guitars! Selling them netted over 6,000 simoleons.



Apparently Robots dream in binary. Little 1's and 0's drift over Herman's head. He shares a bed with Tahlia, though there doesn't seem to be a romantic relationship there.



Cameron is trying to finagle a date with Galen. Hmmm I guess that's why there's been no teenage girls hanging around. His date for the prom was... Lionel.



It seems the first Sim that is compatible with your Sim determines the attractions from then on in. Lionel happened at the prom and Cameron's been flirting with other guys ever since.

And then, after 117 days of a very full life, Patches received the call.



This time Grim DID show up.



Grim hung around to do a Shakra Bra with Cameron, who was insulted at that. As he should have been.



Thankfully Patrick and other famliy member had taken a lot of pictures of Patches and the rest of the family. Gone but not forgotten. Rest in Peace, Patches!

Re: the Bonehlida situation. Well I put her in the cemetary, so maybe now a new coffin will work. So far it has not. There is only the option to Dismiss Bonehilda, but nothing happens. I can do a reset on the coffin via Master Controller, but it still hasn't worked so far.

Herman has the neat trait and loves to make beds. He's not a Simbot like Sims2, but he helps out. He also joined the science career.

Graduation and Off to University

Cameron aged up to young adult at the Festival Grounds. He added the eccentric trait. He has expressed the wish, despite being adventurous, to become a scientist. So scientist he will be. A HOT scientist...



At the Festival, he met Ken and instantly began to flirt (as soon as he was old enough).



Ken is a cute, curly haired young man, the youngest of five children. (Yikes!) Ken moved into the household in order to go to University with Cameron.

Here they are at high school graduation. Cameron in robes, Ken and Patrick in formal wear. Ken's favorite color his hot pink, so I added touches here and there to his wardrobe. Try making pink look somewhat masculine... Smile



Graduated at last!



Ken and Cameron were both so excited to get to University, they took the entrance exam in their jammies and bare feet in the snow.



Both received enough scholarship money to pay for the entire semester. While there they will apply for more funds. Grades should not be a problem. Ken is studying Technology to become an astronaut. Cameron is studying Science.

Off they go!



And I know everyone was itching to find out. Yes, Bonehilda is back. This one is younger and does not cook... yet.
