Thanks for the park daisylee.

The house looks great Friday.

Sid13 check the first post and build for any lot that is empty. I have still not been able to get the custom patterns out of your Ghost town cabin, so that lot is still empty.

Auntie Lynds is still working on the terrain and meta data.

Wonderful farm Friday. To keep the animals out of the garden you need a fence around it and set the gate lock to pets.

I see you still need a lot of Suburban lots so I'd like to do a 40x40. I have one almost done that should fit in..I just have to change the size to 40x40 and decorate it.

I would love to participate.

How do I offer a lot for inclusion?

I can do a 20x20 ghost town, or a 40x40 (or 40x30 or 30x30) suburban or peninsula.

I have a good idea what you might want for suburban, but I am fuzzy on the peninsula style.

I am pretty flexible and am comfortable working with any size lot, any style.

Just let me know.

Thanks!

Pick any lot that is not done and post that you are doing it. Then when done upload to the exchange or somewhere like mediafire and post the link. Also, we love to see pics.

Welcome to the fun! Smile

Ok, I'll do a 40x40 suburban. Considering the theme, should it be contemporary suburban or period?

In other words can I simply build a house like I would do now for one of my contemporary worlds that would fit in a suburban setting there or more toward the wild west?

Just a little direction and I'll take it away.

Thanks.

So it looks like you are signing up for #11 of the suburban lots. It should have a western feel to it.

In other words can I simply build a house like I would do now for one of my worlds that would fit in a suburban setting or should it be in line with the lunar lakes setting or more toward the wild west? It is a little confusing. Surprised

Just a little direction and I'll take it away.

daisylee is correct, it should have a sort of western feel to the lot. I wil update the first post to reflect that you are building on lot #11 in Suburbia.

Sorry folks I haven't updated the first post lately, I'll get right on that.

Hi folks. I have updated the first post again. Please take a look at it and let me know if I am missing anything. I know AuntieLynds is still working on the tweaking of this world. We have not yet discussed the inclusion of any show-time venues. We will keep you posted.

Showtime venues in a Western theme world? Maybe something basic with karaoke and the bull rider thing. Or at the very least a few empty lots for the player to add ... or not.

I am building all the venue types from scratch putting them in Appaloosa. It is nice that we can do them to a theme if we do our own.

A big old barn converted to a nightspot would work well.

Welcome to the project Faith.

Thank you.

I couldn't sleep and got up very early and started working on this. I am really happy with it; I only hope you guys are too.

However, if you decide not to use it, that is really really ok with me. I say that because there is one potential problem with it. I didn't realize until I had the entire house and back of the property built, decorated and furnished that the front has a slight slope to it. I basically do the landscaping last and as I started trying to place items, I realized it was not flat *ugh*

I could have sworn I flattened the lot, but apparently not (it must have been a little TOO early to start working on this Smile )

So anyway, the front yard is not level; it is on a gentle slope. And then I discovered the back yard is a bit uneven too. The back yard is probably not a problem as I believe it is flat at the edges. But the front of the lot is most certainly NOT flat at the front edge. I don't know if that will work for the lot you have created for it. If you like it and want to make it work, fine. If it doesn't work, I will completely understand. I still like it very much and plan to use it myself anyway. And I can always make another on a different lot to submit for this. Just let me know.

It has items from: Generations, Pets, LN, WA, Ambitions (some of these are just patterns, not actual objects), and Outdoor Living. There is NO third party CC; it's all EA.

I tried very hard to keep it simple with the expected porches and little outbuildings. Even though it is suburban, I thought that to emphasize a Western feel, it should have these little outbuildings and a garden. I wasn't sure about the windmill but it can always be removed. I tried to find the balance between suburban living and the western theme, while trying to keep it from feeling like a farm. Not sure if I have succeeded. Again, if you want something different just let me know. AND if you want to make changes to this to fit the theme better, please feel free.

I like it. If you want to try to level the lot, do the following:

Hti Ctrl + Shift + C
Type in (exactly as written) constrainFloorElevation false
Hit the level lot button.
Hit Ctlr + Shift + C
Type in (exactly as written) constrainFloorElevation true.

If not I will try to place the lot in the world and if it sinks or rises I can use a cheat to set it correctly.
