This is for @Noeddehaven. Hope this is what you were looking for!

How to build stairs that are above or below each other. This is great for small homes that builders want to add a basement too.

-Build your main floor, second floor (this tut is assuming that you will be building a 3 story home. Basement, main and upper level).
-Place the stairs in the spot that you want to access the second level of your home.
-From the Tools bar, select the Sledgehammer and knock out the wall from your stairs.

**If you don't use the sledgehammer to knock out the wall from the upper stairs, you won't be able to place your basement stairs under them.**

-Place your basement stairs. Depending on where your upper stairs are, will depend on how deep your basement stairs can go under.

-Last you can put up a wall for separation of the stairs or you can put up a fence. Whatever your build style is.
