A big one. Maybe my fault because I redid the basic camp lot after Fern moved. Built a dwelling for the Vargo Bros, moved them in and have been trying to play them for a little while. Have never had the game crash so much or freeze so have to turn off the computer to get out of the game. Control Alt Delete wouldn't work. Nothing would. Not at all relaxing.
Did messing with the lot do this? Is there anything I can do to fix it? I went to put in a basement and found one already there so removed the fencing and furnished it and build 2 levels above it. I like The Vagabond for the boys and would like to play them on that lot but if I have to replace the lots then so be it. Too bad there aren't any free lots left in Oasis Springs.

Not sure why you had this problem.
Making changes to lots should not crash the game. Did you happen to delete any Sims in any of that save?
Over the weekend I was playing Rosebud and living in Willow Creek. I went into my active lot and saved the game before going into Manage World. I was thinking to add some new Sims so I wanted to delete some of the Sims 'Not in World'.  I got an error when trying to save. I was able to use task manager to close the game. I restarted and went back to that save (before the changes) and was able to continue.

Another thought: You could put another Vargo lot in Newcrest and move the brothers there.

Hmm, Wish I could help. But I'm not sure why editing a lot would make it crash either. Have you updated your graphics card lately? Sometimes it can help if it's a graphical issue. hmm scratch

I played the boys yesterday and did not have one problem with the game! Maybe there were some updates I didn't notice? I tend to walk away from those times and come back later when the update is done.

Glad you game was OK when you went back in EQ.

thumbs up  Phew! So happy your game is fixed.
I am reading a lot about Windows 10 wreaking havoc with their 'lovely' updates. Suspect

Happy you are back to playing too!

I have Win 10. It is annoying sometimes. It did an update once and my screen got darker. When I was editing pictures, I was like, "I hope I'm not making these pictures to bright for everyone else..." Shocked I hope I didn't blind anyone. giggle

Thank you EQ, I am glad it's OK too. The freezing and crashing was getting frustrating.

The graphic card and other things are suppose to up date whenever there is a new update, Pallystyle. Handy, but one never knows if the 'updates' interfere with the automatic set ups and other stuff.

You know, EQ, I was wondering where you put the kids when they leave their home? Possibly I will have to have a Nukecrest. Have no idea how to create a new one that would be accessible from Murkland.
