PostSubject: The Ayres' Adventures in the ISBI Challenge   Fri Feb 24, 2012 7:50 pm

This is Bonnie Ayres. I am doing the ISBI Legacy challenge with her.

I found the rules here.

Bonnie was visiting China and sleeping peacefully in her tent at the Market when then message showed that Zhang was wonder why the sky was getting dark. The shadow, as you can see, was right over Bonnie's tent. So I woke her up.

She starred at the sky for a bit then I realized I should move her.

You can see her on the far left reading a book.

The meteor landed right on top of her tent. As you can see, there is nothing left of it.

The only one that had any 'damage' was Zhang. He got singed.

It could have been much worse.

Edit: To add challenge info. MW

Oh wow!

Poor tent, but quite lucky. Didn't know that this could happen in the WA worlds!

Whoa! Close call and great pics!

I just started Lunar Lakes, placed a sim in a house, went to turn on TV and decided to watch the show, and came back to my computer with a message that the only sim in the household was dead! Killed by a meteor! I wonder if EA has done something to increase the chances of meteor hits?

I've never had a meteor strike. I really need to play the game more.

I was wondering too daisylee. How long has the game been out? and this is the first time I've seen a meteor. I was glad I caught it in time as this is my new ISBI Legacy and it would have been game over.

That was quick thinking! I hope Bonnie appreciates you. A meteor hit by Hetty's house while she was at work. My first one! There is a lot of $ in those meteors. Hetty and I were very happy to pick and sell the pieces.

I am guessing that with Pets perhaps or its patch they upped the chance of there being one. I have played since the game came out, almost 3 years ago (?), and play a lot. Until the hit at the equestrian center I had had only the one prior hit at the prior house. To now have had another hit in a brand new hood seems like more than chance if the same odds are being used. Also, I have been busy with the storytelling, CAW, etc. and have not been playing quite as much the last few months. SO ... my guess is that there are more of them.

I've still never had one in game. Is it wrong to hope that the chances have increased? lol!

Me either ... and I do think at least one would be cool.

Well to continue Bonnie's adventures....

Bonnie went to Egypt. Jogging into the sunset as the moon rises.

Oops she burned her food.

This is Bonnie Ayres. I am doing the ISBI Legacy challenge with her.

I found the rules here.

Bonnie's LTW is Physical Perfection and to that end she is level 8 Athletics and level 6 Martial Arts. So... when she met a mummy in the Pyramid of the Sands she swiftly took care of him.

That little spot on the ground is all that is left of him. Gotta love the look on her face. Her actions and the look said "That'll teach you!"

I'm going to change the title of this thread to reflect Bonnie's Adventures in the challenge.

Well Bonnie is ready to start a family. She is very interested in Hiller Flint. He is the bouncer at the local Dive Bar in Appaloosa Plains. She's not sure if she wants to marry him or not. She wants to have his baby though. So she has a question for you.

Should she marry him and have a family with him?

Should she just have a baby with him?

Remember this is the ISBI Challenge, which means I will only be able to control her not him.

Please cast your vote.

Hiller Flint. All Bonnie knows about him is that he is family oriented, his sign is compatible and that he works as a bouncer at The Watering Hole Saloon. I'm pretty sure he is an adult, but not sure how close he is to being an elder.

As I want to get back to playing this, the decision has been made.

So now on to have some fun with Bonnie.

Note: I've moved this thread to the challenge section.

Well, this is proving difficult with Hiller's schedule. He works from 11:00 am 'till 3:00 am the next day. So their dates begin at 7:00 am until he runs off to work at 9:30 am. Apparently the date hasn't ended yet.

I tried to send her to the bar to continue the date, but the game told me she was leaving without her date. So, I told her to go there with her date and he popped up again at her house and went to the bar with her. They finished their date while he was working. Their first kiss.

He totally refused her 'Try for Baby' advances until they got engaged. Then frustration set in when they got to the bedroom door and off he went to work. Grrr.....

Bonnie wanted a Bachelorette party so here are some pictures. The party started at 9:00 am and ran until she had to leave for work at 2:00 pm.

Might have to start a family with him after all. Yay for the engagement. It is really tough to romance an NPC bouncer/mixologist/etc. But not impossible. Great party pics! Have fun! applause
