Unsurprisingly, Shauna reached max at painting and has reached all of her painting challenges so she's even faster.

I liked this one of a curled up child-statue (I think?).

A Rothko inspired colorblock.

I like the blurry ones. It makes them look like watercolors.

Mona Lisa before Weight Watchers.

For the outdoorsman and hunter.

Some pretty flowers. I like the colorful ones. They are great for kid's rooms.

The non-blurry version of the painting above. I thought that was funny. Same scene, two treatments.

And I added a drawing board to the room for some variety. So Shauna can sit down...

All great ones Susinok applause

I am experimenting with the paint from memory option. Anybody guess what Lovey's memory is from?

Here are a few more.

This landscape reminds me of China.

Gotta have a barn and cows. Nice brown and white cows.

Sketch of a playroom. I really like this for a kids room. I kept it.

This one was new to me. I like it for the kitchen.

And this landscape looks like Appaloosa Plains.

Both Shauna and Arthur have super maxed the painting skill. Arthur has about 11 more ice sculptures to make before super maxing sculpture, and he has a LOT of money to go to get to level 10.

Shauna is level 10 in painting career. I think she wants to retire. I tried to get her to work on her current painting but she just walks away. I think she's done for a few days.

I think EA must have added some new ones in the last EP or 2 as all of the sudden I am seeing some ones I have not seen before. It is great as it was a bit boring seeing the same ones over and and over and over.

Very fun!

Smile

I especially like that one with the flowers, and don't think I have seen that one before.

That is a great way to display them. I don't think I have seen that top left Van Gogh-ish one with the suns. Really nice.

There are others smattered around the house and now Casper has mastered the skill too. Pansy is painting masterpieces now. I'll have to post more pics.

I have always liked that one too. It hangs on the wall in some of my family's houses.

I like it also. I really think EA added more in some of the latest EPs. I don't think I have seen that one before either.

Hi all,

It's been a while, there's some new ones I've never seen before.  Love this one

Started putting them on the wall so I can do one screenshot of all at once.  Started some sketches as well thanks to gift from BG  BaloonHeart

Did you know you can put your Sim art on a community lot?
Put them in personal inventory then drag them onto the wall.
The local library or art museum or other public venue /lot can be decorated with art for all to see.

Yes, figured that out by accident. I have some of Croft's early painting on the Resort boat. Thanks, next stop Library and Art Museum. Laughing

Yes it was a great gift.  Now look at what you started, her first ground mural and yippee it's green,  now she's all over the place wanting to tag things.  She was invited to pick a spot in town to paint something and people were tipping her (thought I had a pic of that).  I didn't know you could get tips for that.

I have always liked this one. I think my sims have done it twice. I have it hanging on the wall in their house in Spider.

EQ, I tried to place paintings in a museum when the came was quite new and they all bounced back to the family inventory. Did EA change something? I now wish I had kept more than I have.

Not sure if it changed or when. Also cannot remember if being framed makes a difference.
I think I have sold most of the ones from my current saves. Will test when I get time... and when I remember to do it again. Wink

Hmmm, maybe that makes a difference. I used to frame them most of the time and hardly ever frame them now. If you remember to test before I do, please let us know what works and what does not.
