Thank you girls.

For week 3 I rolled: RAINE and AMBITIONS --- thinkin

I think I invite her to collect some scrap (hehe!) and then make something for her from that.

Week 3 - RAINE and AMBITIONS it is.

Two days of Winter are left and I decided to try out a gift-giving-party.

Everyone showed up, but stupid me need too long to figure out to click on the pile of presents.
So after a while evereybody left more or less frustratred and the gifts just vanished.
I got a winter gnome though.

Next day I met up with Raine at her house and boosted our relationship score with a little nice conversation.

Then spring came and with it the yearning for love:

There were other pretty boys at the festival , but my mind tended to go back to the one ... Zac ...

It was time to get going on my task for this week:

The appointment at the junkyard went well,

I found something I could use for my project.

I could convince Raine to continue our adventure at the local firestation:

There I started to build her something neat. She was ... polite ...
didn't leave me there on my own.

She really enjoyed recieving the present:

(stupid RotationPull didn't show up scratch )

After Raine opened the parcel, she wasn't too thrilled it seems:

Anyway, mission completed!

On the side line:
I invited Zac over and, adoring person he is, he showed up!

The gift I had for him was something I knew he would appreciate:

vampiric sunscreen!

I asked him to move in and he accepted - yeah, yeah! Celebrate

Rolled for next week:

FRIDAY and SUPERNATURAL

On behalf of Raine I thank you for the thoughtful gift.
Zac is awesome... I remember him from Appaloosa Plains.
I hope he will be a good match.

This is so much fun! I didn't know about clicking on the present pile either. Mine never showed....I don't think Buttons tiny abode at the time had enough space for it to pop up.

Congrats on your new "roomie" Smile

Thanks for following Smile

See what happens in Week 4: Friday and Supernatural

I think I should throw an elixir at her.
Since Leonie'S LTW is becoming an Alchemist Artisan this should be an easy week.

And boy did I need an easy task!

Zac is a sweet roommate: he's an over-emotional natural cook;
a daredevil vehicle enthusiast with commitment issues.

He kept Me busy all week end and the weekdays too.

See the look on his face? It's impossible to resist that!
And when he accepted to go steady - well - he could do anything to Me.

He even changed his hair! (I'm not so much a fan of dreads,or whatever his hairdo is called.)

Night of the full moon brought a surprise:

Inbetween sprouting Zombies this gorgeous creature appeared in my garden.
I never before had a sim able to touch a unicorn.

Something is wrong with Zac though:

He can ignite fires that extinguish by themselves.
Also he gets this strange option I haven't seen before:

I met up with Friday

She has a crazy cat, and apparently she prefers wearing her formal.
Too bad I only changed her everyday hair.

That evening:

... told you Zac kept Me busy ...

On Friday Friday came over and she was the first to know the good news.

Specially for her and the Supernatural I had a werewolf paparazzi over.

... naah, I have no influence on who turns up.

In the end it seemed rude to just throw the elixir at Friday.
I gave it to her as a gift.

Potent Invigorating Elixir - the best I can do with my level 6 alchemy skill.

Later I told Zac about the baby ...

...I'm not quite sure how he feels about it.

Status:

week 2: Clover - Base Game -- trained athletic skill
week 3: Raine - Ambitions -- collected scrap and made a RotationPull (gift)
week 4: Friday - Supernatural -- gifted her the best elixir I could make (Potent Invigorating Elixir)

Leonie's skills:
invention 2
athletic 6
cooking 1
fishing 3
gardening 2
alchemy 6

LTW - Alchemy Artisan: level 6

I bet Zac has the hidden Pyromaniac trait. I've never seen it in game myself but you can see the hidden traits here

Wow...a baby! Wonder if it will take after it's Mommy or Daddy?

Great update! applause applause applause

Thanks BG!
I think you are right about the Pyromanic trait:

I'm going to explore this further, and see what he can actually do.

And watch out RAWLA! I rolled you and SEASONS.

I definitely have to confirm that MW!

This happened in Week 5; I rolled RAWLA and SEASONS

The beginning of the week I worked on my alchemy skill and tried out new potions.
Labor hit me when I consigned my elixirs at the store.

I thought Me would be scared enough to run home or to the hospital.
But no - after a felt three hours of groaning, cramping and screams I had to direct my sim to the hospital.

... I guess you know what this means. eeek
Zoe, Lou and Pam are hiding in that carrier.

I brought them home all by myself -
Zac had to work and considering the shock would get with three babes to care for, I didn't call him either.

We had to expand the house; added a room on the backside and build in a larger bathroom -
Luckily I had made some money from selling my elixiers in the store.
The steady income from Zac's job (culinary level 6) more than helped.

The rest of the week I spent feeding, cleaning and snuggling the girls.
I had to call the babysitter twice to get some sleep.
Zac was amazing.
He never became impatient with the girls or me and managed to keep up his working hours too.

The girls:

PAM: vampire -- Disciplined; Genius
favs: Indie - Fried Peanutbutter Banana Sandwich (for now) - Red

LOU: brown eyes -- Artistic; Loves the Outdoors
favs: HipHop - Froglegs ( Suspect ) - Red

ZOE: green eyes -- Clumsy; Athletic
favs: Pop - Fish'n'Chips - Purlpe

It's the end of the week. The babysitter is doing an extraordinary job for a girl her age.
(Have to remeber to tip her)

Sorry Rawla - I have to try to meet with you next week (if the challenge allows that).
Me didn't find time to even pick up the phone this week Crying or Very sad

Wow....THREE....at once! My goodness afraid 2 The girls are sooooooo cute! I love their names.

The object of this challenge is to do a variety of things this game has to offer and interact with the TS3 CC II neighbors. NO Stress! If you can't meet a friend or complete the EP challenge for that week just do what you think best. If you want to meet Rawla this coming sim week , that 's fine or if you want to roll again that will work too. Just like in RL, things come up Out Cold

Triplets!?!?! Wow.... I say that is a good reason to postpone your meeting with Rawla... or anyone else for that matter.
Good luck on all the toddler training.

BG: thanks, I will try meeting Rawla the next week. I can't say this game gets eve boring - I have so much happen to my sims it's almost stressful .lol.

EQ: toddler training? uhmmm ... Yeah, I guess the girls have to be though. There won't be enough time to teach them, I clipped toddler time down to 5 days. And I'll be relieved, when I can send them to the local school.

I need time too to earn money to get them beds this week. And since I have to roll their traits anyway ...

Does it influence the traits they get whether they are trained or not? Or does the assignment happen ad random ingame; anybody knows?

The basic training contributes to growing up well.
Not sure how it impacts the traits though.

Wow triplets. Don't forget to take them to the library. You can read a book to a toddler at the library at an incredible speed. Even with 3, Mom and Dad can read all the toddler books to them in an afternoon. I've never tried it, but I wonder if that would work for the walk, talk and potty too.

Oooooooooooo...I bet it would MW. What about the Chinese Incense Burner....if you've traveled to China and have one be sure to place it in the room your skilling them up in.

Thanks for all the info.

I'll do the trip to the library, haven't been to China yet and as I heard it wasn't advisable to travel with toddlers in the house.
I may try it anyway in a seperate save. Also for getting those books for cash *caching $$$*.

Triplets! HappyTrio How cute!!!. I think Zoe is the cutest.Smile
Is that my formal in your game? That's my work outfit in mine. I actually changed it because i didn't think it suited the science career...plus I don't like it! lol

Question-Is it always faster to read books in the library? Or just when you read to someone?

Always faster. And... even faster still if you add a Chinese incense burner to the room. Have your Sim carry it in their inventory and take it out at the library.
