I'm wanting to buy one of the EA worlds from the site and just wondered what everybody's favourite world to play is.

I love Lucky Palms because of its size and desert theme so voted for it. Its a nice large world so lots of room to add your own stuff. I also like Sunset Tides but its smaller and harder to customize.

I voted for Monte Vista, as I just love, love, love Italy and it is totally different from the other worlds we have. For me the lighting is too harsh in Lunar Lakes and Sunlit Tides. I have bad eyes, and they really bother me.

The only ones from the EPs that I have liked enough to redo in CAW are MF and Appaloosa. Actually, I like them all, but those are the 2 that I plan to still play.

I do not have Monte Vista yet so can not comment on that one but I do agree that the lightening can be harsh in Sunlit Tides. I have Lunar Lakes but not played it enough to really notice yet.

I keep going back to Appaloosa Plains but I just recently bought MV and LP. I like them both. Lucky Palms is pretty large with lots of empty lots and room for more. So probably that one would have my vote. Smile

Hidden Springs is my first choice. Mountains, lakeside, lots of room to place more lots.

Lucky Palms is my second favorite of the store towns.

Just a note.

Sunset Valley, Starlight Shores and Moonlight Falls are Expansion pack worlds and not Store worlds.

Store Worlds are:
Riverview (free content)
Barnacle Bay
Hidden Springs
Lunar Lakes
Lucky Palms
Sunlit Tides and
Monte Vista.

Base Game and Expansion Pack worlds are:
Sunset Valley
Twinbrook
Bridgeport
Appaloosa Plains
Starlight Shores and
Moonlight Falls.

Thanks for all your replies everyone. The only one I've bought is Lunar Lakes and was disappointed with it which is why I wanted some feed back before I invest again.

@Dini60 - Thanks for splitting them up. I meant to put all the worlds in the poll to see what peoples favourite was but I always forget Bridgeport (think I've only played it once or twice) and don't know how I missed Appaloosa Plains (probably because I'm never sure how to spell it Smile ).

Well, in my opinion, Lunar Lakes is the least interesting world out there. I really don't like the stark landscape or the builds in it at all. If I get a family with alien babies I may move them to Lunar just to see how it plays, but I'm not impressed by that world at all.

Riverview and Appaloosa Plains are my favorites to play in, but as for value for the money, I think Lucky Palms is the best because they recolored all the rabbit holes and that gives you better variety if you plan to alter the worlds that you currently own.
